Established formally in 2026, but dreamed of long before, Jessica Albaugh, RN, BSN has always had a passion for both nursing and entrepreneurship. After previously building and successfully operating businesses outside of healthcare, she knew her long-term goal was to combine compassionate nursing care with a personalized, client-centered business approach.

 

With 11 years as a Registered Nurse and 16 years of healthcare experience, Jessica has spent much of her career providing skilled nursing care to some of the community’s most vulnerable patients in the comfort of their homes. Through her experience, she recognized a growing need for strong, compassionate in-home nursing support to help individuals remain healthy, independent, and out of the hospital whenever possible.

 

She also saw the increasing need for trusted professionals who can support busy families caring for aging loved ones or individuals with ongoing healthcare needs. At Grow in Grace Concierge Nursing, our goal is to provide personalized, compassionate care while helping clients feel safe, supported, and empowered in their own homes.
